Order processing

In-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Any different processing schedule for a preorder or special item will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping availability and cost

We ship within the United States from Penitas, Texas. Standard shipping costs $7.99 for 1–5 bags, $14.99 for 6–12 bags, and $18.99 for 13 or more bags. Bag quantities include both carne seca and peanut products. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Transit time and tracking

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is handed to the carrier and are separate from our processing time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless the selected service expressly provides a guarantee. Tracking information will be provided when available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans the package.

Delays and order availability

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Delivery address and delivery problems

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after shipment. If your package is delayed, missing, returned to sender, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can review the situation and work with the carrier as appropriate. Any proposed charge for reshipping due to an incorrect address will be explained before you agree to it.
