Refund policy

Food products: no returns or exchanges

Because we sell food products, all sales are final for changes of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges of carne seca or Japanese-style peanuts, whether opened or unopened, for reasons such as flavor preference, spice preference, or ordering the wrong flavor. Please review the product description, size, ingredients, and allergen information before purchasing.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective items

Our no-return policy does not prevent us from helping when there is a problem with your order. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or with a quality concern, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, package, and shipping label when available. Do not consume food that appears damaged or unsafe.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Do not mail food products back to us unless we provide specific instructions.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated before shipment. A cancellation or change is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled through this process.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and issue it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. For an approved cancellation before shipment, we will refund the canceled items and any shipping charges that no longer apply. For an error, damage, or defect for which we are responsible, any applicable shipping charges will be included in the resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
